The Maloyo Community Trust are the proud landowners of the Maloyo farm(s), situated outside Barberton, Mpumalanga, South Africa.
In partnership with the Agristar Group, the Maloyo Community Trust is commercializing 120 hectares of arable land into world-class macadamia orchards, bringing economic stability and socio-economic upliftment to Maloyo Community Trust and its affiliated members.

Agristar Group

Agristar is a vertically integrated farming group that has been farming tree nuts for the past 35 years. Agristar is not only a farmer but also a specialist nut processor, marketer, and exporter and has been successfully marketing their (and their growers) nuts for the past 35 years.The Maloyo community was granted land through South Africa’s agrarian reform programme. It was the vision of the late Chief Mnisi to create an enterprise that utilizes the land and water to uplift his community.
